- Three-year limited warranty applies to control boxes.
- One-year limited warranty applies to gas struts.
- One-year limited warranty applies to table enhancements and accessories.
- One-year limited manufacturer’s warranty applies to foam, castors, electronic braking castors and battery packs.
- Upholstery fabric is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition.
- To have a claim upheld, please inform us of any fault within 48 hours of delivery.
- Upholstery fabric is protected by a separate, limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects resulting from the manufacturing process. However, this warranty does not cover damage such as tears in the upholstery fabric, hardening, blistering, or splitting of PVC (vinyl), or delamination of PU fabrics, as these are not considered manufacturing defects. Please refer to the upholstery fabric care instructions.
- One-year limited warranty applies to drive system controllers such as footswitches and handsets.
- They are pre-checked to arrive in perfect working order and will be immediately replaced if we are notified of any fault within 48 hours of delivery.
- Warranty excludes splits, tears, holes, or cords flattened due to trampling or kinking.
