Frequently asked questions
Most gas lift stools can support a weight up to around 150 kg. However, it's important to check the specific weight limitations of the stool you’re considering to ensure it meets your needs or those of your clients.
To adjust a gas lift stool, simply use the lever usually located just below the seat. Press it while seated to lower the stool, or lift it while standing to raise its height. It’s best to adjust it to a level where your feet are flat on the floor and your thighs are parallel to the ground.
Yes, gas lift stools come in various styles to suit different tastes and needs. From minimalist designs that fit seamlessly into modern office spaces to more robust models perfect for busy clinics and labs. Choose one that complements your workspace aesthetics and functional requirements.
Maintaining a gas lift stool is relatively simple. Regularly wipe down the seat to keep it clean and check the gas lift mechanism periodically for any signs of wear or leaks. Tighten any loose screws and keep the base free from dirt and debris to ensure smooth operation.
Absolutely, gas lift stools are versatile, ideal for both medical and office environments. Their easy adjustability and mobility fit perfectly in settings where flexibility and comfort are required, like chiros, physios or even at a reception desk.
A gas lift stool promotes active sitting; this means it allows you to change your position easily, keeping the spine aligned and reducing the risk of back pain. The height adjustability also ensures that users can find the perfect work position, which is vital for long-term comfort.
When buying a gas lift stool, focus on the base stability, seat comfort, and height adjustability. A sturdy base prevents tipping, especially in fast-paced environments.
