How to Use Premax’s Original and Warm Up Cream with Stuart Hinds

Athlegen

"In this video I will show you how I combine both the Premax Original and the Warm Up Cream. Here I am using this combination to try to look to improve reduced Dorsiflexion range of movement of the ankle.

I always use the Premax Original for my specific release tension techniques around joints and specific regions because of its amazing grippy consistency .

I start by working the medial and lateral ligaments/fascial tissue using the Original whilst working the ankle through Dorsiflexion. I also clear the anterior pocket of the ankle using a passive release technique. Once I have completed this, I finish off working the ankle using the Warm Up Cream.

The Warm Up Cream has a very slippery consistency to start with, but then dries a little to still give me that ability to work the tissue evenly. I use this because it has the wonderful blend of warmth, with Magnesium, Caffeine, Lime, Grapefruit, Sweet Orange, Vitamin E and the heavenly Shea Butter which smells divine. The Warm Up Cream is the perfect cream to apply before exercise but when blended with the original is perfect for the joint work.

AS I SAY BE AWESOME AT WHAT YOU DO!"
